Champions of the Arena

Land three Arena Symbols anywhere on the screen to move into the Champions of the Arena Bonus Feature. The bonus screen features five spinning reels of skulls – presumably the unfortunate victims of previous battles – and sees you awarded three free spins.

Any time a Vs symbol lands in view, one of two multiplier options moves to the top of the relevant reel. Not only that, but your total spins will reset to three. There is a potential downside to this bonus round, as should a Vs symbol land on a reel that already has a multiplier, the new multiplier will replace the old one. Frustrating when a 1x replaces a 100x, but excellent news when it works the other way round.

Multipliers in Champions of the Arena range from 1x to 100x and can grow still further courtesy of the round’s coin symbols:

• Normal coins apply a multiplier of between 2x and 10x to the corresponding reel multiplier.
• Epic Coins again contain multipliers of between 2x and 10x but apply this multiple to ALL reel multipliers.

The bonus round ends when your three spins run out, at which point all reel multipliers combine and are applied to your stake.

Unleash The Beast

The beast in question being a rather angry-looking bear. Not something we would be particularly keen to step into an actual arena with, but in this game, it’s a case of the more bears, the merrier. Landing three anywhere in view is all you need to move into the Unleash The Beast Bonus, and if the 10,000x max win is your aim – and why wouldn’t it be? – this is where you want to be.

The Unleash The Beast Bonus once again takes you through to the grim skull screen, only this time the central reel is locked by four ominous chained panels. Landing a Vs symbol on reels 1, 2, 4, or 5 will reveal a Duel Reel Multiplier of between 1x and 200x, which moves to the top of the corresponding reel. Players again start with three spins, which reset any time a Vs symbol hits.

Unlike in the Champions of the Arena Round, any Vs symbols that land on a reel with an existing multiplier will not replace that multiplier but rather be added to it. In addition to the multiplier effect, the Vs symbol will also remove one of the central panels. Remove all panels to discover the Beast Duel Multiplier, which will boost all other revealed multipliers by between 2x and 20x – leading to potentially rapidly escalating wins.

Once all three spins have been used, the total reel multipliers will be combined and applied to your stake.
