It’s refreshing to see a slot present a different take on the Roman theme, and Treasures of Rome certainly provides a little light relief from the raft of blood-stained high volatility slots out there. We also loved the Mystery Diamonds mechanic, which adds excitement to every spin and encourages you to stick around. Similarly, the bonus round ticked all the right boxes. There are, however, a few negatives here. At 450x, the max win potential feels a little low, even considering the light gameplay. Our main gripe, however, is the selection of RTPs on offer, which leave something to be desired. Overall, a good game, but with one or two tweaks, it could have been great.
