Re-Spins Feature

Following any win in the base game, a re-spin will be awarded. Prior to the re-spin, all symbols involved in the win drop to the base of the reels. They then shift one reel to the left – resulting in the left-most symbols falling off the reels.

New symbols then spin into the remaining positions and, should a new winning combination be created, the re-spin process will repeat – creating the potential for exciting chain reaction wins.

Random Gargoyle Wilds

Any spin during the base game may benefit from the randomly activated Gargoyle Wilds feature. Keep your eyes peeled for the Gargoyle heads appearing above reel five, reel six, or both. Whenever they show up, the gruesome Gargoyles will spew a waterfall over the respective reels, turning the whole reel wild. In combination with the re-spins mechanic, this feature greatly increases the win potential of the base game.

Gold Coin Instant Prizes

In addition to the standard symbols, The Treasures of Tizoc also features Gold Coin icons. Whenever they appear, these symbols will grant you one of the following rewards:

• An Extra Life to use in the bonus round
• A +1 boost to all prizes in the bonus round
• A 2x multiplier applied to all prizes in the bonus round

You can collect a maximum of six bonus round-related rewards – two of each of the three types.

The Hunt For Lost Treasure Bonus

The doors to the slot’s bonus game are opened by aligning the two halves of the Bonus Symbol on reels three and four. Achieve this, and you will venture inside the tomb to be greeted by a Roll and Win-style game.

Your task is to simply roll the dice and move along the secret pathway of this Aztec interior. Each space on the pathway contains either an instant win prize – boosted by any coins you have collected during the base game – or a Ghost symbol. Land on a Cash Prize and the sum will be added to your winnings, and you get to roll again. Land on a Ghost and you lose a life. Play continues until you either run out of lives or make it all the way to the highest level prizes at the top of the pyramid.

Our Verdict: We were big fans of such an innovative bonus round. There's just the right amount of tension while you're digging through the tomb, with great incentives that make you want to keep trying.
