First and foremost, the wild symbol (the golden gates) performs as a normal wild symbol does, in that it replaces all regular symbols to help forms wins. Incidentally, it is also the highest paying symbol in this game. If you land five on a bet way, this will result in a win that is 100x your stake.

There is also a special horn symbol. These symbols frame various positions on the reels with a different colour depending on the reel on which it lands.

This is the primary mechanic which the Beat Box Bonus is built upon. If any win that you form has a symbol in one of these highlighted frames (created by the horn) the pay-out you receive for this win will be doubled. The frame that was involved in that win will dissolve before the next spin unless other conditions are met.

If you are lucky to land a beatbox frame on a reel on all four positions, it will transform into a wild reel for the subsequent three spins. A horn symbol can replace one of these beat box frames to make this happen. The wild reel will then change colour from green to yellow to red on the final spin. Once the Wild Reel feature has ended, all of the current beat boxes will be removed.

Next is the Pick Bonus Game feature. If you land three or more of the treasure chest symbols anywhere on the reels in the base game, this will activate the feature. This bonus comes as implied, in a number of different levels depending on the number of chests that you manage to land. These are as follows:

• Three treasure chests triggers the 4-tiered bonus game.
• Four treasure chests triggers the 5-tiered bonus game.
• Five treasure chests triggers the 6-tiered bonus game.

For each tier, players are given four options to choose from (hidden beneath tiles on the screen), with each pick you will either level up to the next tier (choosing a multiplier behind a blank tile) or the feature will end (choosing a cross beneath the hidden tile). If the feature ends at any point because you selected the wrong tile, you will be given a consolation cash prize relative to the level you reached. However, if you progress, you will keep playing bonus rounds until you reach the fourth and final pick.

Here the feature will end if you pick a square which reveals a cross or you will double your winnings thus far by selecting a 2x multiplier.

Lastly, there is the Free Spins round. To activate this feature, you must trigger all five reels by landing a locked wild feature on each reel (a reel will be activated when it starts to glow). Make all reels glow, and you will trigger the Free Spins bonus round. For the Free Spins, round players are given ten free spins. You cannot retrigger the feature from inside it, and you also may not be granted any extra spins. When within the Free Spins round, players will benefit from a randomly placed wild reel on every spin. In addition, some of these wilds reels will also be accompanied by a 2x multiplier.
