Syncronite is a brand-new slot game brought to you by Yggdrasil Gaming. It was released on 19th November 2020 and is inspired by the Art Deco era that was born in Paris in the early 20th century and later swept across Europe. The graphics are as elegant, luxurious and glamourous as those early years in Paris. Syncronite is one of many showstopping online video slot games from Yggdrasil. Other popular games that you might recognise include Penguin City, Gem Rocks, Easter Island, and Jackpot Raiders.
This game is highly volatile with unique gameplay that provides a point of difference when compared with the usual free spins and multipliers. Bets start from as little as £0.10 per spin and reach a maximum of £20 per spin for those of you who want to risk a little more for bigger returns. Syncronite is played on a 6×3 set of reels with between 729 and 21,168 pay lines thanks to the splitz symbols feature. If you’re not already excited to play this game, how about, we tell you that the maximum payout is £1,280,000?! Graphics and Theme
The graphics are inspired by a Parisian casino lounge from the 1930s, and although there is not a lot to look at on your screen, what’s there is in HD and is very pleasing to the eye. The backdrop to the reels is simply a luxurious purple velvet pillow that instantly makes you think of wealth and royalty. The reels themselves look like they have been dropped onto this pillow and you can see the creases around the border of the reels which adds real character and depth to the graphics. Occasionally the highlight features will reveal themselves at the top of your screen letting you know what you can win and do within the game. The symbols reflect what you might find in a 1930s casino, and some are constantly rotating, which creates a dynamic effect.
The soundtrack is not as inspired by the 1930s as I don’t think the synth machine had been invented then… However, Yggdrasil has created a relaxing, trance-like soundtrack that will help you stay focused while you chase down the big prizes. Once you hit spin, the music intensifies to a bouncy tune that features wind instruments, a funky baseline and energetic drums. Don’t be surprised if you notice your shoulders bouncing along to the tune.
The low paying symbols in the game are made up of different coloured poker chips each with a playing card suit. There is a blue clubs chip, a green diamonds chip, a purple spades chip and a red hearts chip. They are all the same value and worth a maximum of £10 or 0.5x your stake for six of a kind. The high paying symbols are made up of blue dice, red cherries, golden bells and a sparkling diamond. The diamond is the most valuable and is worth a maximum of £200 or 10x your stake for six of a kind. There are no wild or scatter symbols present in the game.
This feature generates more chances to land big winning combinations. At least two adjacent reels will sync up on each spin to increase the likelihood that you create winning combinations. All six reels can synchronise on a single spin which will automatically create the maximum payout for each symbol that appears.
Splitz symbol feature
The splitz symbol feature is what will create up to 21,168 pay lines by adding more reel positions to the screen. A single splitz symbol can split into eight identical symbols, and if there are multiple splitz symbols in one spin, they will synchronise to show the same symbol. The splitz symbols can only land on the synced reels.
Game How to Play
The first thing you need to do is decide on your betting range which in this game is between £0.10 and £20. Then you can hit spin manually or use the auto spin feature to perform up to 1000 spin on your behalf. The aim of the game is to land three or more matching symbols on adjacent reels across the 6×3 grid. While there are no free spins or bonus rounds, the synced reels feature is active on every spin and the splitz feature frequently appears too. It’s these features that will help you to win the bigger prizes available in the game. To unlock the maximum win, you need to get lucky by landing six synced reels and a full screen of splitz symbols. That maximum payout will be very rare, but you will have plenty of opportunities to land nice wins every time you play.
