Green Lantern is an exhilarating slot game powered by Playtech Gaming. It’s a movie-themed game based upon the 2011 Hollywood blockbuster that shares the same title. In the DC movie, Ryan Reynolds plays Hal Jordan who joins an intergalactic police force with a mission to keep peace in outer space. Graphics and Theme

As you might expect, the look and feel of the game is very green. Hal Jordan will be by your side as you hit spin. He floats on the left side of the reels for the duration of the game, occasionally firing a laser or floating into the air to perform a superhero pose. The graphics are second to none and make you feel like you’re watching a movie rather than playing a slot game. The background to the reels is outer space with a miscellaneous planet to the right of the screen and the dark abyss of space to the left. The reels themselves are encased in a space metal grid with characters from the film making up some of the symbols.

The soundtrack is a very slow trance tune with added space noises. It does a great job at building suspense and setting the mood. When you hit spin the reels will disappear with a laser noise and come back with a thud as each reel lands.

Green Lantern has lots of great features, but the basic principles are simple to follow. You will need to select your betting value which ranges between £0.40 and a gigantic £2000 per spin. From there, you can hit spin manually or use the autoplay feature which can carry out up to 99 spins at a time for you. There are 243 pay lines, and a winning combination is created when you land matching symbols on consecutive reels. Charging your power bar is the key to unlocking the free spins, multipliers, and bonus wilds which will help you make some sizable wins. Collapsing reels
