Parimatch Opens a New Headquarters in Prague
Parimatch Tech (Parimatch casino operator) has created a new European headquarters in Prague, Czech Republic, with the goal of expanding its company. The new office of the multinational igaming business opened at the beginning of the month. Parimatch Tech intends to eventually expand the new Prague centre to accommodate up to 200 developers, as well as provide technological and marketing solutions to its many partners.
While the firm’s immediate goal is to create a “stable and familiar” working environment for its Ukrainian workers, the facility will ultimately be refocused as an R&D centre. Previously, the Cyprus-based technology supplier’s research and development (R&D) function was based in Kyiv, albeit it was converted into a co-worker site when the war in Ukraine broke out. Parimatch also has co-worker centres in Lviv and Uzhhorod. The construction of a Prague office first provides a place of employment for individuals forced to flee Ukraine, but it will eventually be turned into Parimatch’s new R&D centre. “The launch of the Prague office continues our European development,” said Parimatch Tech CEO Maksym Liashko. Parimatch Tech’s long-term objective of building a global IT cluster includes opening that hub and commencing operations in the EU.
