Now that we have entered a new year, we have lots to look forward to in the online slot world. There will be lots of new, innovative and exciting slots coming to your favourite online casino from some of the top developers in the iGaming industry such as NetEnt and Play N Go.
Here at CasinoRange, we have chosen five of our top picks for the new slots that will be coming out in 2021. These include some great licensed slots, some innovative slots and some slots that we just think will be fun to play, so check out our list below.
Our List of New Online Slots 2021
Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen
Originally billed for release in 2020, NetEnt decided to push the release of this licensed slot to 25th March 2021. Shown off at ICE 2020, NetEnt have teamed up with famous celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay based on his ITV cooking show Hell’s Kitchen.
Expect to hear iconic lines from the show as well as images that will be instantly recognisable to anyone who has tuned in to a single episode of the long-running TV show. Back at the announcement in February 2020, Bryan Upton, NetEnt’s Director of Games had this to say on this latest branded slot: “Gordon Ramsay is a true rock star of the restaurant world. His strong personality and use of colourful vocabulary as front-man of Hell’s Kitchen have earned him legend status as a multi-Michelin starred celebrity chef, with fans all over the world. Just as importantly, this allows us to produce a true slot with a strong narrative and a lot of adult fun! We can’t wait to see what our players think of what we have in store for them.”
Gonzo’s Quest VR
Originally billed for release in 2018, multiple delays due to the implementation of VR technology, NetEnt intend on releasing this latest version of the legendary slot on the 25th August 2021.
Utilising the Samsung VR headset, Gonzo’s Quest VR will give players the feeling of being in the actual slot game which is quite extraordinary we must say. Check out the trailer below to see what happens when you pop your VR headset on and head on an adventure. Whilst the graphics may not live up to other VR titles you will find on mobile or on your games console, this is a massive leap for the online slots industry.
Easter Island 2
An exciting upcoming release from one of the biggest and most renowned software developers Yggdrasil. A sequel to the amazing 2018 game, Easter Island, we head to Venice Beach and join up with Moai Duo for another fun adventure. There are some fun bonus features like cascading reels and colossal block respins that will be a fun time for any online slots player.
If you manage to land a win then you will get a re-spin and for every subsequent win, you will get more and more re-spins which spells to us, endless fun.
Cat Wilde and the Eclipse of the Sun God
The latest in the Cat Wilde series from the developers at Play N Go is set for release in under a month and we are very excited to see what the newest addition to the series will bring.
There are cascading reels and with each cascading reel a multiplier will increase. There is even a collection mode with the free spins round which will increase your multiplier as well. There are up to 30 free spins on offer as well as a multiplier that can reach up to 50x. We can’t wait to see what the next chapter in the Cat Wilde adventure has for us.
Game of Thrones Power Stacks
The final slot in our list is an amazing upcoming slot which will see us return Westeros for a fun time, thanks to the team at Microgaming. This slot comes seven years after Microgaming acquired the license to use Game of Thrones in their slot games. Microgaming already have an amazing Game of Thrones slot but hope to bring something new to the table with this slot.
First of all the graphics are much improved from the last slot and there are a few more nice surprises in there for online slots players. As with any sequel slot from Microgaming they always up the ante from the previous effort. This could be more free spins rounds, greater multiplier and better payouts. Like Gonzo’s Quest VR, this slot will be releasing at the end of August, so we expect to hear more updates as we lead up to release day.
